Organic Bee Pollen
Extraordinary energy-enhancing nutritional supplement since it contains more protein than any animal source and has all the essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals needed by humans, except Vitamin B12. It contains over 250 biologically active substances, including proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, beneficial fatty acids, vitamins, fibers, minerals and trace elements, enzymes and is loaded with a wide variety of antioxidants among them flavonoids, carotenoids, sterols and terpenes. Recently a probiotic effect of freshly frozen but not of dry pollen was announced. It is collected in limited quantities and frozen immediately to preserve its nutritional value.
In a bee’s paradise with wild herbs and life-giving forests, we carefully collect and preserve bee pollen with exquisite quality and flavor.

Organic Royal Jelly
Approximately 185 organic compounds have been detected in royal jelly with antimicrobial, antioxidant, antitumor, antiaging, neurotropic, and anti-inflammatory activities. The major fatty acid in royal jelly is trans-10-hydroxydec-2-enoic acid (10-HDA) with anticancer and antibacterial properties, and it is noteworthy that no other natural product containing 10-HDA has been reported. It has been demonstrated that royal jelly should be frozen as soon as harvest, because this is the only way to prevent decomposition of biologically active proteins.
At the height of spring when nature is at its best, we collect royal jelly in limited quantities in a way that preserves its healing power.
